Shape Rooms Privacy

This Privacy Policy explains how AvachaTech, LLC (“AvachaTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Shape Rooms, our arithmetic deduction game for iPhone and iPad.

1. Privacy Summary

Shape Rooms does not require an account, does not include advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking technologies. Gameplay progress and statistics are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to AvachaTech.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Shape Rooms may store the following information locally so the game can function:

• Your active game, including level, room, score, clues, and current matches;
• Lifetime statistics, including high scores, saved runs, and mastery totals; and
• The status of the full-game entitlement reported through Apple’s StoreKit services.

AvachaTech does not receive gameplay progress or statistics. You can reset statistics in the app. Deleting the app generally removes locally stored game data, subject to Apple device backup and restoration features.

3. Purchases and Apple

Shape Rooms offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the complete game. Apple processes the purchase, payment, restoration, refunds, fraud prevention, and related App Store activity under Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.

AvachaTech does not receive your complete payment-card or bank-account information. Apple may provide developers with transaction status, entitlement information, and aggregated sales or financial reports.

4. Information You Send Us

If you email AvachaTech for support or submit a website contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, device details, or diagnostic description. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, improve the app, maintain appropriate business records, protect our rights, and comply with law.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.

5. Analytics, Tracking, Advertising, and Selling

Shape Rooms does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information or share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Service Providers and Legal Disclosures

We may use service providers for website hosting, business email, security, accounting, legal services, and app distribution. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction.

7. Retention and Your Choices

Local game data remains under your device’s controls. Information voluntarily sent to us is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, business records, security, disputes, and legal obligations.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by AvachaTech. Because Shape Rooms has no account and does not transmit gameplay data, we may have little or no information associated with you.

8. Children

Shape Rooms is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information through gameplay. A child should contact AvachaTech only with a parent or guardian’s involvement.

9. Security and International Users

We use reasonable safeguards for information within our control, but no electronic system is completely secure. AvachaTech is based in the United States; information you voluntarily send us may be processed in the United States or where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Shape Rooms, our practices, legal requirements, or App Store requirements change. The date above will identify the latest version.
