Shape Rooms Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your download, access, purchase, and use of Shape Rooms, provided by AvachaTech, LLC (“AvachaTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Shape Rooms.

1. About Shape Rooms

Shape Rooms is an arithmetic deduction game for iPhone and iPad. It stores gameplay progress and statistics locally and does not require an AvachaTech account.

2. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store terms, AvachaTech grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use Shape Rooms on Apple devices you own or control for personal, noncommercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content;
• Reverse engineer or bypass security or purchase controls except where law permits;
• Interfere with the app, App Store services, or another person’s use; or
• Use Shape Rooms in violation of applicable law.

3. Full-Game Purchase

Levels 1 and 2 are available without purchase. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks Levels 3–5. Shape Rooms does not include ads or a subscription. The price displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

Apple processes purchases, payment, restoration, and refunds. Purchases are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and refund policies. Use the in-app Restore Purchase option with the Apple Account used for the original purchase when restoration is needed.

4. Local Data and Device Responsibility

Active-game data and statistics are stored locally. You are responsible for your device, Apple Account, backups, and access controls. Deleting the app, resetting statistics, device failure, or backup behavior may remove local data. AvachaTech does not guarantee recovery of locally stored progress or statistics.

5. Intellectual Property

Shape Rooms and its software, design, text, graphics, logos, sounds, puzzles, and other content are owned by or licensed to AvachaTech and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

6. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product development. Some functions, including purchases and restoration, depend on Apple services and internet access.

7. Educational and Entertainment Use

Shape Rooms is provided for entertainment and informal arithmetic practice. It is not a formal curriculum, assessment, certification, or professional educational service.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shape Rooms is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device configuration, or preservation of local data. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AvachaTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from Shape Rooms. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Apple App Store Provisions

These Terms are between you and AvachaTech, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Shape Rooms. To the extent required by Apple’s standard terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions after your acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms for changes to the app, law, or platform requirements. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
